I had never had the chance to work with risograph printing and when I saw and open artist call for the summer 2025 exhibit at Isle of Riso I thought it would be a good practice in the craft.

Risograph prints only allow four colors (yellow, magenta, blue, and black) and require layering colors on top of each other. I wanted to include some half tone stippling as well to add even more depth to the piece. This was accepted into the exhibit and I am very grateful and glad I got to practice balancing the shading and layering of colors.
